that's true. it is. imo, other than meredith, syfy and the new york public library (there may have been one more) they include type refinements, which is nice and all but if type refinements are the best design had to offer in 09, then that's pretty sad. and *then* there's aol. it was shocking, i'll agree, but i think their reasoning for including it (esp at #1) doesn't make much sense. i think many have already begun to forget that mess.
